Dividend Policy

All issued and fully paid shares in the Company, including shares to be offered in this public offering, have the same rights and equal in all respects, including the right to dividends. The quantum of dividend will be ascertained considering the results of the operations, cash flows and the capital adequacy, financial condition, investment plans, the establishment of a reserve fund compliance obligation, the Company’ outlook for the future, compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and approval of the GMS.
