Implementation of Governance Guidelines for Public Companies

The Company has adjusted the implementation of GCG with the Governance Guidelines for Public Company, which is based on the Financial Services Authority Circular No. 32/SEOJK.04/2015. The implementation of these guidelines in 2024 is disclosed in the following table.

Evaluation of GCG Implementation

The Company is committed to constantly improving its GCG implementation quality, which is realized through GCG assessments conducted by a third-party based on the disclosure of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report published on the Company’s website. The purpose of this assessment is to measure the depth of GCG implementation in the Company.

For such efforts, the Company won the “Top 50 Big Capitalization Public Listed Company” award from the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) for the 2024 period, with a position of 31-40. This award was successfully achieved by the Company for 11 consecutive periods.
