To this end, the Company and Subsidiaries implement quality management systems all the way from mining to coal delivery. Coal mining activities are conducted in a controlled manner to produce high quality products that meet customers’ specification. Coal storage and delivery are also conducted carefully to maintain the quality and quantity. To ensure the proper execution and timely delivery, the Company owns a special terminal to deliver coal.
Overall, the Company disbursed more than Rp4,842,206,235 for CSR programs in 2017. The Company also regularly evaluates its CSR programs in its commitment to continuously raising concerns regarding the communities around its working areas and Subsidiaries’. The purpose is to ensure mutual and sustainable development in order to maintain the welfare of the Company, its stakeholders, and the surrounding communities in line with the Company’s strategy.
