On October 4, 2023, the Company has amended its articles of association to pursuant to OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022 regarding the Submission of Periodic Financial Statements by Issuers or Public Companies and adjustment of the percentage of quorum attendance and decisions of the GMS.
